I was really impressed with their local partner, Ogarite Tourism’s representative Mr. Wali Syed who did a great job in making our trip seamless. Mr. Wali was in touch with us throughout our trip in Istanbul and Trabzon. That said, we’ve had a few disappointments caused by Trips.pk’s local partner, Ogarite as follows: 1. Our trip to Uzungol Lake was supposed to be 4-hour but it was cut short by the local guide to 2 and a half hours. Uzungol is a beautiful place with breathtaking views and 2.5 hours are simply not enough to explore the entire place, especially if one wants to go all the way up to the hill to the Swing and observation deck to enjoy the amazing view over Uzungol. 2. The local guides who give you the day tour mainly speak, Arabic and Turkish so people who don’t speak these languages would have issues understanding the information and highlights being shared about the tour. Since I know a little Arabic, I was able to navigate my way through. It would be good if these guides spoke some English to be able to communicate with non-Turks and non-Arabs.

From the start, the manager, Zaheer, was incredibly responsive, always available 24/7 to answer any questions and concerns. I had to change multiple aspects of my trip, and he handled it all professionally, ensuring I received the best possible package that included everything: air tickets, transportation, visas, and hotel bookings. The whole process was smooth, and Zaheer provided continued support even after we finalized everything. We stayed at the Voco in Makkah, a 15-minute walk from the Haram King Fahad Gate, and the hotel was absolutely fantastic. It had everything we needed, from a mosque, market, and restaurants to a 24/7 shuttle service, making our stay extremely convenient and comfortable. The service was top-notch, and we had no issues during our stay. Our private transport from Jeddah to Makkah, Makkah to Medina, and Medina to Jeddah was a seven-seater, and it was very comfortable, ensuring our journey was safe and pleasant. In Medina, we stayed at the luxurious Movenpick, where the rooms were spacious, and the mall doors opened right into the Haram – truly a great location with all the five-star amenities. I highly recommend trip.pk for anyone planning their Umrah trip. Their attention to detail, excellent customer service, and seamless travel arrangements made this experience unforgettable.
